Sophie and Ricky’s wedding at Villa Bologna was one for the books, pure joy from start to finish! With dreamy gardens, golden Maltese sunshine, and a vibe that was effortlessly elegant yet totally laid-back, it was the perfect setting for their big day.
From their heartfelt “I dos” to golden-hour portraits, everything felt natural and totally them. Guests sipped cocktails in the sunshine, shared teary and hilarious speeches, and soaked up the magical atmosphere of the reception.

Some weddings just hit differently, and Joanna & Johnluke’s wedding at Villa Bighi was one of those. From the moment I arrived, I could feel the energy in the air. This wasn’t just a wedding; it was a full-blown celebration, and every single person there was ready to party.
Villa Bighi is stunning on any given day, but with Joanna and Johnluke’s vision, it was next-level. They went all out, but honestly, no decor could outshine the vibe of the night itself.
The ceremony was heartfelt, filled with those little moments that make weddings so personal. But once the formalities were over, it was go-time. Joanna, being a dancer, set the tone for the night the second she stepped onto the dancefloor. And Johnluke? He was right there with her, keeping up like he’d been training for this moment his whole life.
I’ve seen some great wedding parties, but this one? Non-stop. From the first dance to the last song, the floor was packed. Guests weren’t just dancing; they were performing. Lifts, spins, spontaneous choreography—it had everything. At one point, I put my camera down for a second just to take it all in because moments like these remind me why I love what I do.
Looking back at the photos, I can’t help but smile. The laughter, the movement, the pure joy—it’s all there. Joanna and Johnluke, you threw one hell of a wedding, and I’m just grateful I got to capture it all.
If every wedding was like this, I’d never leave the dancefloor.

This wedding at Ta' Betta Wine Estates was truly something special. Honestly, it was one of my favorites I've ever captured. From start to finish, everything just clicked. Julia and Alex were an absolute joy, surrounded by friends and family who radiated so much love and happiness. It was impossible not to feel the good vibes.
Everything looked perfect. Every little detail came together beautifully, and with the incredible weather, we were blessed with the most amazing light. It felt like every moment was just waiting to be captured, and every shot felt effortless.
Ta' Betta is easily one of my favorite venues to shoot at. The stunning vineyards and scenic views provide the perfect backdrop for timeless, candid photos. It was the perfect setting for such an unforgettable day.

This incredible couple brought so much energy, love, and chemistry to the session. Honestly, they made my job way too easy—super photogenic and just a joy to be around. Add in their adorable dogs (because let's be real, dogs make everything better), and it was a recipe for perfection.
We started at Buskett Gardens, where the lush greenery and soft light set such a dreamy mood. There’s something magical about how the sunlight filters through the trees there. Then we headed to Għar Lapsi, and wow—the golden hour light on the rugged coastline was just stunning. It’s moments like this where I pinch myself and think, “I get to call this work?”
This shoot was one of my absolute favorites of the year. Everything came together perfectly—the locations, the light, and of course, this amazing couple and their pups. And as if this wasn’t enough, their wedding later on was just as incredible (but I’ll save that story for another post!).
